GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
Limited Warranty

Stalwart products are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser for the specified amount of time highlighted in the product warranty sections below. If problems occur, the purchaser should complete the online warranty form, with freight prepaid by purchaser, to return the product as instructed. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all others including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. 

Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to Stalwart products where:

  •  Repairs have been made or attempted by other parties
  •  Repairs are required due to normal wear and tear
  •  The product has been abused, misused, improperly maintained or operated
  • Alterations have been made to the product

Power Tools
60-Day Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for a period of 60-days against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY excludes power washers and all other exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

Storage
60 Day Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for a period of 60-days against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY includes all exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

Automotive and Cargo
1-Year Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for a period of (1) year against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY excludes electric blankets and all other exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

Portable Lighting
2-Year Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for a period of (2) years against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY includes all exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

Safety and Security
5-Year Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for a period of (5) years against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY excludes security lights and all other exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

Hand Tools
Lifetime Limited Warranty

 

Stalwart warrants these products for it’s useful life (not to exceed one year for products with electrical or electrical components) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED WARRANTY includes all exclusions as outlined in the limitations and exclusions portion of the Limited Warranty section.

 

FAQs

What do I do if I think I have a claim?
If you believe you have a claim which is not excluded under our warranty limitations and exclusions, you should submit the online warranty registration form at the bottom of this page.

How do I return an item to receive a replacement?
Once you have completed the online warranty registration, you will be directed to a page with printable instructions. These instructions will include the shipping information that you need and a PDF form to complete and send with your item.

How long will take to receive my replacement product?
Depending on product availability, it can take 2-4 weeks for you to obtain your replacement item once the old item has been received and proceeded through our facility.

What if I only need a replacement part and not a full product replacement?
If you need are in need of a replacement part, please fill out the appropriate portion of the “Contact Us” section. Replacements parts are subject to part availability and are subject to the warranty time frame of the original product.

What if the item I am trying to return is currently out of stock or has been discontinued?
If the item you are trying to replace is currently out of stock, it could take longer than the original estimated shipping time to receive a replacement. If you are unable to wait fo the item to restock, you may be offered a comparable item of equal value.

If the item you are trying to replace has been discontinued, you will be offered a similar product as a substitute. However, if a similar product is not available within our assortment, you may select a replacement item from the Stalwart line of equal value.
